01 / A GOOD RECIPE

THE ESSENTIALS OF GIN

Our gin is carefully crafted, respecting the traditions of distillation. It contains the three essential berries for creating an authentic gin:

Juniper, coriander, and angelica.

Baie de genièvre

Baie de coriandre

Racine d'Angélique

THE TCHIN TOUCH

In addition to the essentials, our gin stands out with carefully selected ingredients that give it a unique personality.

Scots pine needles for a woody freshness that reminds us of our Ardennes.
Dried yellow lemon peel for a lively touch that adds a kick.
Activated charcoal as a nod to Tcharbon and for the TCHAKE-IT effect.

A harmonious blend for an exceptional gin.

02 / DISTILLATION

Tchin is distilled in collaboration with Brasserie Bertinchamps

A family-owned brewery and distillery founded over 10 years ago, ensuring generosity, authenticity, and reliability.

The production of Tchin consists of 3 main steps:

Step 1: Production of a grain alcohol in a column still. The resulting alcohol is neutral, flavorless, and has a high alcohol content of up to 96%.

Step 2: The grain alcohol is distilled again with the addition of botanical ingredients. For a Distilled Gin like Tchin, the botanicals are suspended in a small basket at the top of the column still. This allows the aroma of the botanicals to become slightly more subtle.

Step 3: Water is added while respecting strict legal requirements to reach an alcohol content of 40%.

Tchin 0% : The production of Tchin 0% only includes steps 2 and 3.

03 / BOTTLE FILLING

Once distilled, Tchin is bottled directly at Brasserie Bertinchamps.

Our bottle is made of glass and contains 50cl of Tchin. Shake it, and Tchin will change from white to black!
